Cozworld server was updated earlier, and I saw that it was V7B, and another guy in our community said that some servers have Version 8. So what's up?

See the main TTT thread. Version 8 was available through the gmod svn, and I guess some servers get it from there. The gmod update was supposed to include it, but instead includes v7b which lacks a couple of fixes.

Version 8 is now available as download in the release thread.
