The inside is clearly lit until a traitor shuts off the power. The outside is dark for obvious reasons.

I'm looking forward to seeing this played on a server! Hopefully people will understand how the heck the map works.

I like the idea of a gun taking away the ability to see names/health for a very short period of time.

Having a mic is more useful as a traitor than ANY weapon you'll ever find.

As Ajunk said, simply denying it is enough to prevent your own death in most cases. Even if they know in their gut that it's you, just saying "whoah whoah no no no no don't kill me man" can actually deter some people.

Last words uttered in proximity of smoke are replaced by coughing?

Is that even possible?

But c4 can do all of those things as well, plus it explodes. I don't see the point.

Yeah, I'm much happier when I get the innocents to kill each other than when I kill all the innocents.

edit:

The map is far too big for TTT, even with a full server. Don't get me wrong, it's fantastically made, but just way too large.

We played this today, and it's actually a very well-made map. The gameplay is great too, there are plenty of nooks, hallways, dark corners, and elevators for the traitors to enjoy.

Found a small bug yesterday. Obviously his name was not A Terrorist, but it stayed like that for the rest of the round.

I don't really like this idea. Eventually, regular players would become pretty adept at blood-scribbling and would make rounds very hard for traitors.

That actually sounds fun, but I think c4 + radar is enough of an anti-camping measure.

Perhaps just a world icon which goes through walls?
Thoughts on making the silenced pistol look like a normal pistol to onlookers?

Yeah, that would be the best way.

Knife + headshots are enough for silent kills. Whacking someone to death with a crowbar should make some noise.

The c4 is loads of fun with the most recent update, but I think that traitors should be alerted when a teammate plants it- perhaps the location. I was killed 2 or 3 times by a teammate's c4 while playing today. I realize that this was caused by poor communication, but I still feel like it would be a nice feature.

A Victorian setting would be great for a Serial Killer type game. Chances are there will be no merge, but Debauchery does sound fun.

Suicidal terrorists make the traitor's job easy. Poor guy proved his innocence with a noose.

If it's a good map, it will get played.

This looks really, really great.

Ajunk:

You say "teamkilling" as if it were a regular team deathmatch. It's not. The whole point of the game is that you have remarkably few ways of knowing who's on your team.

Innocent-on-innocent bloodshed is going to happen; in fact, it should happen. Right now, most people are extremely hesitant to kill in fear of being accused of RDMing. Is there really a need for a harsher system? It seems like you want every round to play out with near-perfect teamwork by the innocents. Again, not going to happen. Things are fine as is.

Is this why you rejoin to "fix" your -27 point score on a regular basis?

Related: Can we please not be punished as much for killing people who attack us / have killed innocents?

You find playing as innocent un-fun. You also despise innocent killing unless there is concrete proof. There's a definite connection here.

Want to have more fun? Stir up trouble, make accusations, snoop around the map, and perhaps even kill someone on a hunch. That's what speeds up rounds and creates fun(ny) situations.

I'm not saying that everyone should start shooting each other 2 minutes into a round. But, if rounds are dragging on and innocents have little to do (which seems to be the precise cause of your "lack of fun"), then there's no harm in an itchy trigger finger.

I think traitors already have enough advantages. They should inform each other after each successful kill.
