is there an ttt admin mod? didnt know

i made a tmp and worked but i tried to make a golden gun and silenced rifle and get this error
this is from rifle:

how can i fix this?

where do i find the golden gun and silenced rifle or how i make them, ive been seaching for some tutorials and the tut on the orginal site i dont get it, can someone say or make a tut vid how make weapons? i think that would help many people

i just made an server and dont have alot of commands to use like ttt_spec_prop_force in i type thatt in srcds console it says unknown command someone help?
