That generally means FastDL is configured wrong.

They're the same, so you just have to drop them in your maps folder. That being said, you'll still need to rearm them, and even then the map will look like crap to most players.

Where is persistent karma saved, and how can I edit it? One of my users keeps getting karma banned without doing anything, so I want to manually fix it.
