After re-checking, alltalk was 1 indeed. One of the other owners changed it after I set it to 0.

It is set to 0. No change though.

It seems that, even if someone is dead, they can communicate with the alive terrorists.

I've used the convar ttt_locational_voice 1, but that didn't work. Any ideas?
