I've googled this and a lot of it really doesn't get me..

Any of you awesome TTT server owners know how to do this from experience I'd muchly appreciate a hand on this one.  :)

Ok, thankyou so much for your input mate, I really appreciate it.

On a quick note, I got it working. For some strange reason it wasn't reading the maps correctly and ergo crashing directly at startup, so when I sorted that, the cmd line worked with that in it and TTT loaded in, and now there is a new TTT server up n running. :)

I can't get my dedi server to go to terrortown gamemode. What would I put in my cmd line to get it to change?  ???
