What's the difference between fire thrown after the round starts and fire thrown pre-round? Are you running into it intentionally? Why should that be a good idea?
both fires cause damage, and more often than not, i'm victim to being trapped somewhere and being set on fire as round starts. today, for instance, i lost like 70hp because a bunch of people were nade whoring, so i start round with ~30 health. i'm not running into it intentionally, it's so much that i can't escape the fire, especially when i go afk for all five seconds. this is something that affects a lot of people, i'm sure, and i've seen a lot of people lose health to fire JUST as round starts for stupid reasons. as for Nel, i've never experienced a window or prop blocking my way preround. ooh, while i'm on the topic of possible changes, is it possible to change the stupid spawn location on italy, or would that require an entire map reworking?

This has happened many times, and it's REALLY GOD DAMN ANNOYING. Asshats throw incendiaries pre-round, and you happen to take damage as round starts from the fire, usually because you run into it. This has happened many times to me, and it's REALLY god damn annoying. I'm thinking it's not that difficult to code it so that when round hasn't started, any grenade thrown will not produce damaging fire. And then when round starts, grenades can be thrown to produce damaging fire. Is it possible, or does it mess up too much?

You can not connect the power lines. Nor would it have any use as when the train would show up and you manage to get all the luggage in. You will just drive to the end of the map and a zm win trigger would be called which would do nothing in TTT AFAIK.
Ned, a few times that i've played and the train was summoned, the exitting of the stage via train entitled the innocents victory. There is a way to do it, it's just that I've never seen the procedure, which makes me sad D; Anyways, I'll try to get onto mapping the 'solutions' some time soonish... I just need to actually have time to do it. -Stork

Bro, with saying that traitors can't be RDM'd is like saying that if we start the map, and I kill one person randomly and happen to strike the 1/15 odds of hitting the right guy, assuming server's full, that it's not RDM'ing. Or, hell, that if I decide to get a HUGE and spray wildly at everyone I see, that it's not RDM'ing.
RDM'ing means you've killed someone without a valid reason, or a VERY poor reason. I was RDM'ed for acting "suspicious". I was typing. My mic was fucked. He shot me, I died. Yes, I was traitor, but I was 'claiming' to be with the guy that shot me as I died. This IS RDM'ing, especially FIFTEEN SECONDS INTO THE ROUND AFTER PEOPLE WERE DECLARED TRAITORS, FOUR OTHER PEOPLE STANDING BY US. He was given warning.
Every traitor and innocent act differently. Some traitors act like you might think an innocent does, and some innocents seem to act like a traitor. Then there are those that are just outright terrible and you can spot them off the bat.
Then there are those traitors that use mic effectively, and can often leave clues as to who they are quite cleverly.
I agree that yes, some rounds drag on for too long, and that yes, sometimes stupid things happen. No, this isn't who caught who. This is observing your environment, letting you become a better "spy", letting you explore the realms of assassinating people in a sort of large group of people; it's a complciated thing, and can be done well if actually tried. It's also trying to understand how people do things, looking for little ticks, this and that, and hoping that Gary's Mod's hit detection actually works. I was traitor four times in a row today, and guess what? Twice I died to RDM'ing. I don't care most of the time, but sometimes it stands out.
Also, I need to play with you guys... I act like a traitor ALL THE TIME. It makes people hate me when they kill me to lose points, and I get to yell RDM'ING BITCH!

I was thinking that we post a little tutorial on how to "solve" each map. Like zm_countrytrain_b4. How the hell do you connect the power lines? It's been bothering me for SUCH a long time! And Google doesn't help me, either! AGH!
I'll get a sort of overhead map for each of the maps in the TTT rotation to try to describe what map conditions exist, or if you're willing to contribute, then go ahead!
Thanks/welcome!
