Not sure if this has been requested.  But is it possible to have more than just a random weapon placement in the TTT weapon placer.  Break it down to include separate categories for random primaries, secondaries, and nades.

Talking about fellatio is essential to TTT?
I learn something new everyday.

I remember you talking about this map over a year ago?  Must of been a labor of love.
Damn a lot of work went into this.  Nice job.

Dogs don't know it's not bacon, and bacon is food,  so all food is really bacon.

Look all of this would be solved if you just put a scope on the crowbar.
;)

Not sure who made this map, I just stumbled upon it, and did a re-arm.

[*]Players spawn on one of two island on either Alcatraz, or a small helicopter island.

[*]Players have to swim, use a helicopter, or use a boat to go between both islands.

[*]Medium-large size map.  Looks a lot bigger than it actually is, as the waterway between the island while wide is linear.

    [*]32 player spawn

[*]Has been tested with 28 players, and we had a blast.

Seems a bit small, what type of server size is this map targeting ?

I might be mistaken, but I think it's like the Hive from Resident Evil movies.  Where there is a small house on top, but underneath a large network.  A better example might be Lost Temple.
10  Other / Trouble in Terrorist Town / Re: The Corner Shot on: November 11, 2010, 08:52:23 PM
Whats stopping you from taking a shot and teleporting away before they can find you?

It's not really the same thing.  You would still have to expose yourself to shoot someone even with a disguise on, or teleporting.  The corner shot allows you to shoot with cover, and your target unable to get a clear shot.  Also, if your seen with any traitor weapon it's insta proof your a traitor.

The problem I see with this is people shooting and quickly switching it out so you can't see where it came from.
Otherwise I like the idea.

I guess a way to limit it might to put battery meter on it, and have it recharge after being used for an extended period of time.  The actual gun has chargeable lithium batteries for the camera, so it makes sense to add this feature balancing it.

If you seen the movie Wanted there is a wonderful scene where Angelina Jolie shoots up a grocery store with a camera mounted weapon that lets her shoot around corners, and this gun exists it's called the corner shot.  The corner shot would be a traitor that is just be a regular pistol that can shoot around a corner.  Also, it can allow traitors to peak around corners.  That simple.

A nice video from Future Weapons goes into detail about the corner shot:

Technical Specs of the gun (I'm not suggesting it needs to be exactly the same):

13  Other / Trouble in Terrorist Town / Re: A traitor Equipment: PeperSpray on: November 10, 2010, 07:35:14 PM
I would prefer a date rape drug, as I could do whatever to their unconscious body...   :shh:

Seriously though you would have to buy pepper spray, and then a knife to kill somebody to really make this an effective combo (i.e. two credits).  So if you buy just the pepper spray what you are left with is a player randomly shooting about, and you hoping you don't get shot while gunning them down.

Now it might work as a detective weapon, and instead of just blinding them it makes them drop whatever weapon their carrying.  However, it still creates that problem of having a player now wanting to shoot randomly about.

I know, but I will continue to dream about it.  :P
Just seeing the rope reminded me of a harpoon.

If BKU wanted a server he would have one.  Right?
16  Other / Trouble in Terrorist Town / Re: Traitor Weapon: Feint Weapon (Not faint, feint!) on: November 08, 2010, 10:11:34 PM
A silencer would pretty much circumvent this situation.
I'm guessing the only reason a suppressor hasn't just replaced the silenced pistol is that there aren't suppressor models for all the weapons used in TTT.

The Skeleton Key is still an interesting idea.  Any more thoughts on it?

And then you use your superpowers and travel the awesome world of Kalimdor, flying on those birds of WoW.

HAHAHA...

For the Scanner 2.0, I don't think we need 2 items to do the same job, considering you get the scanner on spawn. I have always wanted side grades, multiple knives (that have disadvantages and advantages, but of course, only 1 knife). I would support multiple scanners if you got to choose which one you get on spawn, but considering you get one for free, this seems like a waste.

I don't think he means a separate DNA Scanner, but an updated version of the current one.

I know something like a skeleton key has been suggested in the past.  Nothing seemed came about it back then.  Maybe it can be implemented now?
http://www.zombiemaster.org/smf/index.php?topic=9354.msg346162#msg346162

Scanner 2.0 seems like a nice upgrade perhaps.  Not really needed, but it's not a bad idea.
