Yeah, this is getting a lot of undue negativity. I share worbat's sentiment, to be sure. However, with the size of the TTT playerbase it could benefit from having separate sections for servers/suggestions/tech support/et cetera.
Though of course, BKU's already said his piece, so any further discussion is pretty much pointless.

Copying the following from Counter-Strike Source Shared.gcf doesn't work? [li]cstrike\maps --> garrysmod\garrysmod\maps[/li] [li]cstrike\materials --> garrysmod\garrysmod\materials[/li] [li]cstrike\models --> garrysmod\garrysmod\models[/li]

You'd want shared, not client - client is, well, the client files alone. Shared is, well, everything that would be needed for either a client or a server - that is to say, all maps/models/materials.

Conversely, I think it's the second one. The first one shouldn't work because TTT checks to see if the CS:S Game Cache Files are loaded into GMod. They can't be loaded because that account doesn't own it. If you copy the necessary content into garrysmod the game should see it and work as normal.

On Source 2007 or newer, use the -sw -noborder flags to run the game in a borderless maximized window that should have no issues with alt-tabbing. It also helps you with recovering from crashes where you would otherwise need to do a hard reboot, since you can still open and see the Task Manager to kill the process.

Realistically speaking, I don't think there's any difference between the bullet hole made by a 9mm bullet from a regular pistol and a silenced one.
Related suggestion: detective ability to tell very rough range of the killing shot - powder/burn marks, shotgun/MAC10 fire spread, etc.

Without the DNA Scanner, what makes a Detective a detective? And since the Detective is a high-priority target, the Detective needs protection from Traitors.
